Activist Rex

I went to to the courthouse today to observe the trial and potential sentencing of my friend and fellow Activist Rex. It was fascinating! Rex's lawyer boggled the mind of the lady Judge, she admitted that she never thought of the issue at hand quite that way, and postponed the sentencing until December 3, She needed the extra time to deliberate.
We celebrated with a visit to Mcayo's for Happy Hour (quite appropriately named for the occasion, I might add... Happy Hour). We all had a good time finally getting acquainted, and the mood was mellow. Today also brought good news on the Medical Marijuana front, with the AMA coming out in favor of eliminating the Schedule I status of cannabis. With this lapse of time in the sentencing coinciding with this new attitude towards medical uses of marijuana, I believe Rex should be hailed as a pioneer in new healing techniques, rather than a criminal bound for prison.
This is truly a vendetta against a legalization activist by the police department and prosecutors office. A complete waste of tax payer dollars, police services, and a clear case of prosecutorial misconduct, enforcing a law that is itself repugnant to the Constitution of the United States of America, and therefore null and void according to the laws governing our nation. Repugnant to the Constitution barely describes the nature of the laws against marijuana, and the deep seeded corruption that brought about the laws in the first place, and the continuing corruption it has bred. This is a case that should be the turning point in the Arizona State and Maricopa County Judicial System's attitude toward the leafy green plant they have for so long wrongly classified as an addictive narcotic.
 
None of Rex's advisories had even the slightest hint that they were being judged themselves, and that their actions were serious enough to cause them to be condemned to hell by God himself. But, it is true and they were observed by a angel of the Lord, their sins tabulated and reported to God, whom we only can hope has mercy on their souls

Hello,my name is Darris Mikl, most friends call me Rex. I am writing concerning a story you did a few weeks back with Michael Walz, Marc Victor, and Barbra Zugor. Now I beg you to continue with this topic of cannabis/hemp {marijuana}, possibly in a series simply because cannabis does so very many things it could continue for a year.

I would be very honored to represent the cannabis "law" victim, we heard from the lawyers and the urine screener, but what about "our" story. I am thirty-nine years old on social security for a seizure disorder and chronic back pain, cannabis is the only thing that make the quality of life worth living.

After going to court and agreeing to T.A.S.C. I stopped cannabis for over three months. In that time my back pain caused insomnia so I was not able to fall asleep until 4Am which caused more "pre-seizure auras". As I continued to feel worse I started with cannabis again and felt better within a couple of days. However I was violated for a positive urine test and my file was sent back to the court.

I go to trial October 21st and 28 for two count of possession of "marijuana" which is my medicinal sacrament required but the Most High Creator of all things know to some as God.

I attended Barbra Zugors T.A.S.C. drug class, and as an "educated" cannabis consumer and NORML member i was insulted and very angry at all the lies and disinformation told to me, in fact i had the proof with me in a copy of Jack Herers book "The Emperor Wears No Clothes". I have been researching cannabis for many years and know what T.A.S.C. is passing off lies as truth. Most every thing i was told by those at T.A.S.C.has already been proven wrong. This must be exposed for what it is extortion.

I humbly beg you to please help me tell our story before i am silenced in prison, we are fighting for our lives here and our only weapon is truth.

Below is a letter i sent to Governor Jan Brewer

Dear Honorable Jan Brewer,

My name is Darris Mikl and soon I will stand trial for possession of my Medicinal Sacrament {cannabis} which is needed for the seizure disorder and chronic back pain I suffer from. I have very few options, this states laws will result in a painful premature death. Cannabis is medicine , how long will this injustice continue? If You were not aware before, the cure for most cancers and other forms of illness are in the cannabis plant. This is why God "gave" cannabis to us all. Why must I die in prison to protect the lies of the past? May God have mercy on your souls for all the pain and suffering you cause with your lies and disinformation. Theses "government" lies have caused more suffering and broken up more families in seventy(70)years than cannabis has in over ten thousand (10,000) years. Also Arizona is a prime Industrial Hemp growing location.

God gave us this blessed plant to use food, clothing, housing, fuel & energy. It was not placed here so one can point an accusing finger at another, saying you have no right to live

Our Creator provided us all with the blessing of cannabis for medicine,food,clothing,housing,fuel&energy. This plant was not provided so that one human can point an accusing finger at another human as if to say "you have no right to be here, you have no right to live".I stand firmly on the foundation of universal truth along with cannabis rooted in history before the time of Christ. Cannabis was, is, and always will be, for it is the will of The Most High Creator of all things. With love, compassion,empathy, understanding,unity and cannabis we have the power to heal all nations.

My basic request is "let my people go",thank you.
