Greetings of Universally Eteranl Blessings

Hello , my name is Darris Francis Mikl and i humbly come to you all with a little story . First of all please forgive my poor punctuation.

Recently on October first i watched "The STate of the Black Union 2009" ,both morning and afternoon sessions.

Let us just say i was inspired, to share my view before i am silenced.
This concerns the following:
health care,the Drug War,the homeless,malnourishment,the GREEN economy&employment, and ecology + CANNABIS/HEMP.

When"we" start to use cannabis/hemp as a knowledgeable and wise society should, we will not be having all of these problems.

When America grows its own hemp to be used for all forms of industrial applications it can be applied to,there is almost unlimited employment in the process of changing from plant to over 25,000 different products.

Some of these products are: medicine[hemp oil,edibles&smoked]

food,clothing,housing,clean renewable fuel&energy,non-toxic biodegradable plastics just to name a few.

We need to get out of the highrise and back down to Mother earth .Africa will also begin to heal once cannabis/hemp ban is lifted world wide.
With enough Love,understanding,compassion,empathy,hard work,knowledge&wisdom we can change the world.

Money is worthless compared to the bountiful blessings locked in side the hemp plant ,YHWH be Praised. It is my belief that this is why they outlawed cannabis.

I will soon be standing trial for possession of cannabis [case#s CR2008133478-001DT & CR20088129389-001DT]here in Phoenix,Arizona on October 21st and 28th 2009.

My whole purpose for taking this issue to court ,is to expose the lies and disinformation on which the law i am accused of breaking ,was built.

My original defense was,and still is religious{spriritual =Christ-Rasta-Canthiest} and medicinal for a seizure disorder i have had for over ten years.

My neurologist says cannabis is the safest and best medicine for me, only he is afraid to write me a recommendation.

Now i find out the court ,will not allow my defense into the courtroom.

I am on social security for my seizure disorder ,with no saving of any kind, So i have a public defender by the name Mikel Steinfeld [602-506-7711 X3022].

My purpose for writing this is to due my part as a citizen of this nation and stand accountable as a witness to the injustice i have seen. This is also to hopfully inspire conversation about this issue at the next "STate of the Black Union 2010"

And to see policy changes that cause healing instead of harm.

I am hoping all Sisters and brothers who recieve this letter, will contact the other Sisters and brothers email addressess i have sent this letter to also, and discuss what i have said here. Hoping it get to Mr Van Jones from GREENFORALL.ORG
