The judicial system in Arizona is broken, and needs to be repaired. In-justice reigns supreme currently, but this mode must be stopped. The Federal Government must intervene due to the gross miscarriage of justice that happens constantly in the state and county courts.

One court that I can point out from personal experience has a 98.75% verdict result in favor of the prosecution. The forced upon public defender acts as a co-prosecutors by remaining silent as much as possible. The transcripts of my personal experience within this system may be made available with the signing of this petition to release all information according to the Freedom of Information Act.
